Woman’s Hospital Medical Office Building

As an expansion of HCA Houston Healthcare’s Woman’s Hospital of Texas campus, this project is a 122,000 SF, five-story, core and shell, structural steel building with EIFS, brick, curtainwall, and punched openings. The first-floor lobby finishes feature terrazzo, tile, wood ceilings, and glass wall panels. This project is the first on-campus medical office addition in 17 years. Established in 1976, The Woman’s Hospital of Texas is the state’s premier facility dedicated to the care of women and infants.
