Ameriport 200 and 300

The Ameriport 200 project is a 178,000 SF office/warehouse comprised of tilt-wall construction. In addition to the warehouse and office, the property features a 230,000 SF auto and truck court and a 172,000 SF stabilized laydown yard. Apart from the main structure, the project features an additional 6,000 SF tilt-wall office.

The Ameriport 300 project is a 252,720 SF, tilt-wall, industrial distribution building. The project features a dock-high truck court on one side and rail service on the opposite side.
