Grocers Supply Warehouse Build-to-Suit

To increase productivity and effectiveness, Grocers Supply made the decision to add a new distribution facility which consolidates several of its operations into one location to distribute food products more efficiently throughout Houston. The new distribution center features 40-foot ceilings, 75 dock doors, and state-of the art technology to meet the demands of the Houston area.

The Grocers Supply Warehouse project includes a 727,600 square foot, tilt-wall build-to-suit warehouse, a 24,870 square foot, pre-engineered metal building maintenance shop, a 20,020 square foot, pre-engineered metal stripping building, and all site work and underground utilities. This project was awarded LEED Silver Certification.
