Located in Southeast Houston, this project is a 173,332 SF, tilt-wall warehouse with 32’ clear height and a 2,549 SF interior build-out. The facility features associated loading docks, trailer storage spaces, site work, onsite detention, and an offsite utility extension to bring all site utilities to the site from the first phase of construction. This project is located in the heart of Houston’s port and petrochemical complex.
