Nalco Champion

The Nalco Champion project is a new construction, 131,504 SF, four-story, tilt-wall, build-to-suit office building adding to Nalco Champion’s headquarters facility in Sugar Land. E.E. Reed Construction was responsible for all related interior improvements including an enhanced lobby/customer service areas and related site improvements including 335,000 SF, 1,000-car surface parking and enhanced common areas. A 45,000 SF, phased, interior renovation of Nalco’s cafeteria was also included in the project scope. A subsidiary of Ecolab, Nalco Champion supplies fine chemicals and related services to all areas of the petroleum industry.
