The Prologis Presidents Park project is a 653,339 SF warehouse distribution building with 132 dock doors, a mezzanine platform, and an office block. The building is constructed of load bearing concrete wall panels, steel roof framing, and interior steel columns with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The building is protected throughout with an automatic sprinkler system. This building is a part of a large master-planned industrial park with immediate access to George Bush International Airport and many major Houston thoroughfares.
