Recently Completed: West Houston MOB Redevelopment

E.E. Reed Construction recently completed the West Houston MOB Redevelopment.

This project is a renovation of West Medical One, a 4-story, 168,790 SF, medical office building for Healthpeak Properties. The scope of work involved upgrades to almost every aspect of the property. The project includes two new covered patient drop-offs, an outdoor pergola with seating, a luxurious tenant lounge, and modernized common areas. The lobby benefitted from a major transformation by increasing the ceiling height to two stories, in addition to all new finishes and furniture.
