Recently Completed: West Houston MOB Redevelopment

This project is a redevelopment of West Medical One, a 4-story, 168,790 SF, medical office building for Healthpeak Properties. The scope of work involved upgrades and renovations to almost every aspect of the property. The project includes two new covered patient drop-offs, an outdoor pergola with seating, a luxurious tenant lounge, and modernized common areas. The lobby benefitted from a major transformation by increasing the ceiling height to two stories, in addition to all new finishes and furniture.
