Three Eldridge Place

This 13-story, 317,000 SF office building is constructed of cast-in-place concrete, with a curtain wall, precast and granite facade. The interior contains a first-floor lobby surrounded by an all-glass window system, granite lobby floor and granite walls. The building partially sits on a six-level, 403,440 SF, 1,200-car parking garage. The garage is constructed of structural precast concrete with an underground detention pond. The project received LEED Gold Certification, an Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Houston Excellence in Construction Award, and was named an HBJ Landmark Award finalist.
