Under Construction: Memorial City Plaza Renovation

The Memorial City Plaza project includes building and site renovations at 800 and 820 Gessner Drive in West Houston. The scope of work includes new interior finishes, outdoor plaza updates, and visually linking the building together with landscaped and hardscaped plazas. Creatively designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, this project is currently underway and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022.
