Microsoft Project

E.E. Reed has a reputation for making and adhering to the tightest construction schedules possible. Using Microsoft Project, the scheduling process starts with design development, construction documents, and long-lead purchases. The construction schedule is integrated and developed by the entire team and updated throughout the duration of our projects.

PlanGrid

PlanGrid is a mobile construction management software which gives real-time access to as-built drawings, punch lists, daily reports, RFIs, and submittals. Each E.E. Reed Superintendent uses an iPad equipped with PlanGrid giving them the opportunity to markup plans, take pictures, and send an RFI from the exact location on the job where the question arose.

AutoDesk^® Revit^®

E.E. Reed uses 3D technology to help assure that long before ground is broken, your project is executed in an efficient manner, with special attention given to up-front feasibility, timing, and cost.

We employ AutoDesk^® Revit^® software to create a model that is anatomically consistent with the A/E design. From the model, cost estimates are produced.
